RNA-seq data analysis and interpretation using QIAGEN CLC and QIAGEN IPA

This 90-minute training will teach you how to easily analyze and interpret RNA-seq data using QIAGEN CLC Genomics Workbench software and QIAGEN Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA).

For RNA-seq data, you will learn how to:
